Liam is a seasoned and accomplished HR leader with a strong skill-set in change management, talent, organization transformations and technology implementations.  Liam has been the CHRO for four businesses, including family owned, private equity and public organizations, all with significant global footprints.  Born and raised in the UK, Liam has lived and worked in a number of countries and has established himself as a truly globally-minded HR practitioner.

CHRO - Creation Technologies.  $1b Private Equity owned Electronics Contract Manufacturer with 4,500 employees in 14 location across 4 countries.

• Implemented Workday (including recruiting, talent, performance, learning, engagement survey, times & attendance, payroll etc)
• Designed and delivered a complete refresh of the Total Rewards program
• Led the people workstreams for diligence and post acquisition integration on 3 businesses adding over 1,500 employees and $400m in revenues

CHRO - Hollingsworth & Vose.  260 year old, family owned specialist materials company providing innovative technical products the filtration and energy storage markets with 2,000 employees including over 50 PhD scientists in 6 countries.

• Redesigned the HR organization to become value adding members of the leadership structure
• Implemented Workday globally
• With the Board and Executive Compensation Committee, overhauled the Executive and Senior Leader incentive programs to focus on long term value and accountability

CHRO - Nortek Inc. - $2.5B publicly traded diversified manufacturer of highly-engineered residential and light commercial air management solutions, home security, audio and automation systems and advanced ergonomic office equipment, with 12,000 employees in 16 countries.

• Completed global implementation of Workday and deployment of leveraged organization for HR Service, HR Advisory, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards supporting over 6,000 North America employees
• Led HR due diligence as member of disposition deal team to contribute to 40% premium purchase price
• Advisor to the CEO & Board Compensation Committee as the business transformed to an operating company model

CHRO - Invensys PLC.  UK based $3B publicly traded technology group supplying solutions, software, consultancy and hardware to monitor, control and automate processes in a wide range of environments, including oil and gas. 16,000 employees in over 40 countries.

• Transformed Invensys from regional structure to business line organization
• Led enterprise restructuring program which reduced overhead and added £25M to the bottom line
• Led the 12-month Invensys / Schneider post-merger integration strategy
