Liam is a seasoned and accomplished HR leader with a strong skill-set in change management, talent, organization transformations and technology implementations.  Liam has been the CHRO for four businesses, including family owned, private equity and public organizations, all with significant global footprints.  Born and raised in the UK, Liam has lived and worked in a number of countries and has established himself as a truly globally-minded HR practitioner. 

Lisa comes to the table with over 20 years of executive leadership experience that spans diverse aspects of business transformation, change management, organizational design, learning & development, strategic planning, people operations, employee engagement, talent management and project management. Lisa has a dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion, leadership development and culture creation within organizations. Leading with a proven track record of success, Lisa innovates solutions that propel her mission to “leave the ladder down” for the next generation of women in the workforce. 

Don is an accomplished CHRO in both public and private equity backed businesses .  He has successfully founded and grown a HR consulting firm that assists companies with transformation in high growth environments.  He has a strong track record of building effective HR teams focused on strategic outcomes while delivering operational results. Don is a transformational leader with excellent executive presence, relationship building and influence skills.
